Hi! Thank you so much for being here! My name is Cara & I am the founder of Her.co. Whether you are a neurospicy woman or someone in support of Her.co - welcome. In 2015, after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder dissolved my marriage, business and life as I knew it I felt called to speak to women and bring other options and wellness treatment for mental illness. The mission expanded to include all facets of feminine health: Mental, financial, sexual, physical and spiritual. I am passionate about creating environments for women to heal, thrive and be in community. I am podcastor, speaker, advocate and multipassionate entrepeneur. I believe in the union of science, holistic and spiritual healing for women. It is my desire to see you thriving, feeling empowered and living a dynamic desire led life, because you deserve it and you can have it.
